Thank you for shopping with us! Each item in our store is made specifically to order, which allows us to create high-quality garments tailored to each customer’s request. Because of this production process, we have a credit-only return policy. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.
Made-to-Order Items
All of our clothing pieces are made after an order is placed. This means that once production has begun, the item cannot be resold as new inventory. For this reason, we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment under any circumstances.
Store Credit Only
If your return is approved, you will receive store credit only.

Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card or account credit.

Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase on our website.

Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return for store credit, the following conditions must be met:

The return request must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

All original tags must still be attached.

Items must be free of stains, odors (including smoke or perfume), pet hair, or damage.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Process
To initiate a return:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, approved returns will receive store credit, which can be used to place a new order for a different size, style, or item of your choice.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. In these cases, we will gladly issue store credit or replace the item at our discretion.
